Star Power Check: October QRP Preview Reports Ready

October 2025 Home Health QRP Preview Reports and Star Ratings Now Available in iQIES

The updated Home Health Agency (HHA) Provider Preview Reports are now accessible in iQIES in preparation for the October 2025 refresh of the Home Health Quality Reporting Program (HH QRP) data. These reports display provider-level quality measure performance data that will be publicly posted on Medicare.gov’s Compare tool and the Provider Data Catalog (PDC) in the upcoming refresh.

The reports include:

• Assessment-based quality measure data from Q1 2024 through Q4 2024.
• Claims-based measures:
  • Discharge to Community and Medicare Spending Per Beneficiary: Q1 2023 – Q4 2024
  • Potentially Preventable 30-Day Post-Discharge Readmission: Q1 2022 – Q4 2024
  • Within-Stay Potentially Preventable Hospitalization: Q1 2024 – Q4 2024
• HHCAHPS (Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) data: Q2 2024 – Q1 2025

Providers have until August 8, 2025, to review their preview reports and verify the accuracy of the data. Please note:

• Only corrections made before the final data submission deadline will be reflected in the publicly reported data.
• Changes made after the deadline will appear only in the Facility-Level and Patient-Level Quality Measure (QM) reports, and not in the Provider Preview Reports or on Medicare.gov.
• If you believe your quality measure data are inaccurate, you may request a CMS review during the preview period.
